2 months agoI had an excellent experience with this restoration company from start to finish, especially working with Jesse. He was professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained every step of the restoration process, which was incredibly reassuring. What stood out most was his patience and ease of collaboration, particularly since I did not have much prior experience with restoration work. He was trustworthy, transparent, and consistently communicative, ensuring I understood each phase of the process. After having a negative experience with an initial company that responded during the emergency, working with Jesse and his team was a significant improvement. Their professionalism and integrity made a stressful situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality restoration support. -

2 months agoJesse does incredible work. He is very professional, trustworthy, and down to earth. He is very responsive on texts and takes care to show up as needed. He took a phone call with me on a Sunday night to start the process of getting our house restored, showed up the next morning and came by two days later to check the progress - all the while keeping in contact via text/phone calls and following up even two weeks after the fact. He took time to explain things very clearly and brought a lot of peace to our household. Overall, Jesse is a very genuine person who is sincere in his work and I would recommend him to anyone!

FAQ
How does Flow State Restoration determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the extent of water damage using tools like thermal imaging cameras to detect hidden moisture, then provide a detailed estimate based on extraction, drying, and reconstruction needs. Factors include the affected area size, water category, and any mold or fire involvement. Homeowners receive a transparent breakdown to understand costs upfront.
Do you offer free estimates for services like mold remediation?
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services including water extraction, fire restoration, and mold remediation. Our team visits promptly to evaluate the damage and outline the scope. This helps homeowners plan without initial financial commitment.
Is Flow State Restoration licensed and insured for fire damage restoration?
We hold all necessary licensing and full insurance coverage required for water damage, fire restoration, and mold remediation work in Gilbert, AZ. This protects homeowners from liability during emergency responses and reconstructions. Our 15 years of local experience ensure compliance with industry standards.
Are you equipped to handle hidden water damage detection and drying in closets or behind walls?
Flow State Restoration uses thermal imaging cameras to identify hidden moisture behind walls and in corners, along with industrial drying fans placed precisely in affected areas like closets. We set up air scrubbers and containment barriers to prevent spread during remediation. Floor protection is standard near water heaters or leak sources to safeguard your home.
What is the typical timeline and arrival expectation when calling Flow State Restoration for emergency water extraction?
We respond 24/7 to emergencies, arriving quickly to stop water flow and begin extraction, often within hours of your call. Drying and initial mitigation take days depending on damage severity, with full reconstruction following. Contents restoration, like cleaning smoke-damaged furniture, completes in 2-4 weeks while we provide temporary storage.
What happens to debris and waste after water damage or mold remediation work, and how do you leave the house?
We remove all contaminated materials, debris, and waste from water, fire, or mold damage, disposing of them responsibly per regulations. Our crew cleans the site thoroughly, returning restored belongings organized and documented once repairs finish. Your home is left dry, safe, and ready for normal use.
