This store has the best selection of tiles in the area, and nice display arrangements with the different variations of the way each tile can be layed out. The thing that really impressed me was the way they made suggestions and described alternatives - not only in the store, but also during the measurement phase and during actual tile installation where the installer made some suggestions to fine tune the placement of some of the accent pieces. I consider myself a demanding customer, and I was extremely pleased with the finished product. The installer, Alan, was friendly and is a true craftsman. He spotted a problem with one of the walls being slightly bowed while installing the tiles and made sure he had a work-around so this would not be a problem with the positioning of the vanity. Not a big deal, but this was an issue that could have easily been ignored by someone less conscientious since it was a problem with the wall, not the installation. The work area was also cleaned meticulously at the end of each day - no mess during the job. We love the look of the bathroom. We are in the process of selecting tiles for a second bathroom and are proceeding with confidence because of our previous experience.
