2 weeks agoGreat selection of products. Prices are decent but definitely not cheap. I had to go through a return and I made another purchase of the same product different color. The only reason for the three star instead of five is because when you go through a refund they will keep an energy surcharge, which shouldn't be a charge in the first place. Other than that, employees are great! -

3 months agoFirst time ever leaving a review, it was just that bad. My husband and I bought our tile at the showroom in Gilbert where Steven was great and helpful. We then went to pick up our tile at the warehouse in Chandler. Elvia was our customer service rep that took our estimate paperwork. After waiting over an hour we decided to leave and go to lunch, we left our number with Elvia to please contact us when our tile was ready. No one ever called us. When we returned no one seemed to know what was going on or who we were, they argued that we didn't have our paperwork. After waiting a total of 4 hours we finally left! Terrible customer service. We sat outside for hours, no one ever asked if we needed help. We left with no tile and a wasted day. Find another place, don't waste your time here. -

4 months agoComplete lack of customer service and poor communication. Wouldn't recommend but they have a monopoly on products that are commonly needed by most consumers. -

1 year agoVery friendly people and they don't miss around, you get empty quick When I open my trailer doors I sow couple nails and they are high risk to get in the tires, please if you guys can use magnet for removing them it would be perfect! -
