Brad called back within minutes and set up a convenient appointment for the next morning. He arrived promptly at 8:15 am, sending a prior message saying he was on his way. He quickly and efficiently assessed the problem, installed the new spring and did maintenance and adjustments as needed. And once approved just completed the work with minimal interruptions to us the owners. And then he made sure that everything is working okay and he did some extra things just to be sure he's delivering a repaired garage door. -
