2 months agoKam came out on an early Sunday morning to refresh the house. My unit wasn't occupied perhaps for quite some time so Kam took the time to check out the ac and make sure I was ready for the summer. It did not bother him one bit to clean out the filters for me and give a few suggestions. I am impressed and thankful. Super comforting to know Tropical companies have people like Kam. Give that man a raise!!! -
