  Presidential Pools built our pool in 2015. It still looks new! Blue Square was used for the in-floor cleaning system. Great system. Lifetime warranty on parts for the original owner has been a huge plus. I just picked up a new gear/rotor part for the rotation cleaning and installed it in 10 minutes. Friendly staff and they stand behind their products. I'm a fan of Blue Square Pool products!!!

  Everything started off very well until I spoke with Julie Hamner. I had my pool lights installed in July 2023, but recently one of the lights stopped working. I contacted the company, and Sandra answered the phone - she was very friendly, helpful, and promptly sent me the links and information I needed to begin the warranty claim process. I sent her all the required documents within two days. Sandra followed up, asking me to provide the address for the company that would install the replacement light, which I did right away. She then informed me that the new light would be mailed out within five days. After a couple of weeks with no update, I called to check on the status, but Sandra wasn't available. Later, I received a call from Julie. Initially, she was pleasant, but once I explained that I'd been waiting weeks without any update, her tone completely changed. She asked me to resend everything again, and when I requested that she look up my account, her attitude became unprofessional and dismissive. She stated that the warranty would not be covered and claimed Sandra "didn't know what she was talking about" because she was new. I asked for a supervisor to call me back, as I was frustrated by the inconsistent information - one person tells me the light will be sent out, while another says it won't. Sandra deserves 5 stars for her professionalism, patience, and great customer service. Unfortunately, I would give Julie 0 stars for being combative and argumentative. Let's see if the company makes this situation right.

  Three lights installed in my pool. All went bad within 2 years, replaced under warranty. All 3 went bad again in less than 2 years. They told me too bad. What good is a 3 year warranty if all 6 lights don't last 2 years? They said they would help me 4 weeks ago and they did nothing!

  We got some vivid 360s for a customer with a older pool and wanted to ensure we had no issues. These lights are retrofit for a few brands with various niche types and fit perfectly into a 40 year old niche . Great product.

  I am also motivated by Trish for this review. I had my pool lights go out after about 2 years of being installed, which they should last 4x that amount of time. Assuming they were out of warranty, plus out of sight out of mind, I waited a while to figure them out. Once I got around to it, I found out they were Blue Square lights. I called the office, and Trish covered me under warranty, and they had them replaced within a couple of days. They were so easy to deal with and super responsive!
