2 months agoOur pool remodel story: We really should put in a variable speed pump to save electricity, he said. The tile is falling off and the deck looks horrible, not to mention the decaying fake rock waterfall, she said. I saw a sign in a yard for a pool remodeler when I was walking the dog said the Mr. Then 6 months goes by. The discussion resumes in the new year. I think we should call that pool remodeler to see what we can do with this old pool says the Mrs. And we are so glad we did. Alfredo Valle, owner of All Valley Pools came the day we called and after discussing our needs and desires gave us a bid for a complete remodel that worked with our budget. Alfredo is honest and communicative and has crews of skilled and talented people who worked tirelessly to transform our old tired pool into a stunning and functional show piece. 25 days from the rat-tat-tat of jackhammers to a beautifully remodeled pool with new PebbleTec, laced decking, 3ft sheer waterfall and new electric control panel, led light, and variable speed pump. Doing what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it ranks at the top for me. Alfredo Valle and AllValley Pools delivered. I'm sure glad I took the dog for a walk. -

2 months agoOur pool is absolutely stunning and for the most part exceeded our expectations. Christian's design and customer service was beyond satisfactory and deserves a 5 star alone. I would have given a five star review altogether however towards the end of the completion (Alfredo 'owner') seemed to be a bit standoffish. We had concerns about a lip at the edge of our pool and existing turf however when we brought it to his attention he said it was "code." However after speaking to code enforcement officer found out that was not "code." We were told we had to wait 45-60 days after chemicals were placed and he would come to add salt however here we sit 60ish days later and now it's our pool guys responsibility or he can send someone at an additional fee. All I say is get EVERYTHING in writing however the pool is amazing and ready for the summer nights. -

2 months agoI can't recommend Alfredo and his team enough. We had some unfortunate damage to our pool and they were out quickly and performed a seamless repair. Perhaps most importantly for anyone reading this, the cost was considerably less than I was worried it was going to be. These guys are absolute pros. They ask the right questions, listen and do amazing work. I can't see a reason to call anyone else. Thank you Alfredo!
