11 years agoI am having a terrible time with this crew. They are a weekly service. The person who does the trimming repeatedly cut into my perennials and trees. I had to replace a new tree that even had grass cleared away from it. The trimmer ran into the bark and it all fell off just at the level of the trimmer; it wasn't due to a rabbit. I called the management and told them and removed entire front rows of ground cover that was too close to the grass. They continued to do the same thing, cutting into half of perennials, cutting into the ground cover. I called and asked them to stop trimming front yard. When it also occurred in the backyard, I had to ask them to stop trimming the entire yard. They also would run into my large pine trees and the bark has been damaged. When I have callled the management said that the message to stop trimming never got to the crew and that was why they kept trimming. Now, I have a shaggy looking yard that I have to buy an electric trimmer & do all this work myself or find another service mid-season. The management told me that the people they hire are not educated about plants. This is a terrible way to run a company. It was just negligence that they would go back a foot into my gardens and whack off part or even half of the plant. The management has never asked to come out to look things over.
