4 months agoYou don't often review a business that you haven't used, but this is one of those times. I called Q1 as we lost heat in part of our home and assumed we had a zone out. Paul was clearly very busy, but willing to help us over the phone with simple troubleshooting and temporary fixes until he could get out to us. He even had plans to come to our place as soon as he finished installing a system for folks that were currently totally without heat. We ended up getting the problem resolved and didn't need him to come out, but he will definitely be out first call next time! -

1 year agoQ1 is a top rated service!!! I contacted him at 11:30 pm About plumbing problem between my booster pump and my hot water tank. My pump had failed and over pressurized the hot water tank, and it had already dumped about 30 gallons of water in my garage. I got the leak stopped and cleaned up and Paul was at my house promptly at 9:00am. He quickly understood what went wrong and was able to fix it. I had discovered not only did I have the wrong pump, but he was able to tell me why the system failed. I was expecting the bill to be well over $1000, he was able to fix the problem quickly and saved me a lot of money. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and very generous. He gives seniors, and correctional officers a discount. Which was very appreciated!!!! He is now my go to guy for plumbing and mechanical services for my home. -

2 years agoPaul was fantastic. Heater switch died at 9 pm. Temperature was dropping in the house fast. Told him I had my 2 little kids in the house sleeping, and he said he was on his way. Was here in 15 minutes to do a temporary fix, then came back on Saturday morning with the part to complete the repair. Very helpful and shared some preventative maintenance info with me to help in the future. He will be the only one I call from here on out.
