3 weeks agoMy boiler system went out Saturday night after hours at -22. Luckily I was able to make a temporary fix to make it to Monday morning. I called Heat source at 8:15 am Monday. they dispatched Shay and he was at my house by 9 am. Shay discussed multiple options with me from repairs to replacements. and we came up with a plan to replace the boiler. By 10 am Shay had moved crews around and they were able to be at my house Tuesday morning with a new boiler. Heat source technician's Richard and Jason knocked on my door at 930 am, ready to get to work. They completed a new boiler install, some piping reworked and cleaned up, with my heat and hot water all working by the end of the day. A huge thank you to everyone at heat source for a wonderful job. I look forward to doing business with them from now on and highly recommend them. -
