11 years agoDemo was great---all downhill after that. The installer he had promised was not able to do the job so he sent his nephew and another man. They did not seem to know what they were doing. Porcelain tile installed very uneven, holes in the grout. I have called and left messages for him to check job but he has not been out. I know he knows of my problem because he has his home phone listed on his card and I spoke to him and he said to call his office for a work order. I guess he hasn't been to his office since April 2. Don't use this man for your job he is not honest or trustworthy. He collects his money before you have a chance to check the work out and if you have a problem he ignores your calls. What a disappointment he is. -
