10 months agoWe hired Sid to do some repairs that were required as part of the sale of our house. One of the projects involved installing venting above an over-range microwave, through a kitchen cabinet and up to the roof. I was worried beforehand that this was the kind of project that could escalate both in time and cost, but Sid finished it (along with roof and siding repairs) in less than 2 days within the quoted estimate (which was lower than I expected) - even with having to do some custom fabrication for a missing vent collar on the microwave. Sid and the other contractor working with him (forgot his name), pulled through for us so that we could move ahead on closing on the sale of our home. Our only regret now is that we didn't do the venting work 5 years ago because it works great and blends in like it has always been there! Thanks Sid!
