4 years agoThe pro was late. By the time she came, it was 3:40. I decided to allow the job to get done as she was very apologetic. I thought she did well until I saw things just weren't lifted or moved. I am still cleaning. Please cancel my relationship with Angi. -

6 years agoThe ladies left the dirty water and mop on the hardwood floors, mediocre cleaning. Used rags were left. Dusting beyond the reach of the swifter was not done. Bathrooms were cleaned nicely -

7 years agonIt was amazing! I had lived in that apartment for seven years; when the crew was done it looked better then when I had moved in . The floors were clean and the wood polished. The appliances were spotless. It was such a relief to have it done and done so well. I am sorry that I had not taken pictures for everyone to see the excellent job that was done. -

7 years agoI signed a contract 5 years ago with this service, who claimed they were Licensed and Insured. In fact, that was circled by the owner on the contract. They did an average job over that time, never bad enough to change services, just basically "phoning it in." Then one day, I saw that I had been robbed by either one of the cleaners or someone one of them let in my house. Normally, I have someone at the house while they are there; however, this time, they knew they would be in my house unattended. They stole a wallet with a lot of cash and credit cards from my desk area. They were the only ones in my house who had unrestricted access. The owner was uncooperative and refused to even give me the name of her insurance company so I could file a claim. She told me I have to go through my own insurance company and let them "subrogate" the claim. I have no desire to get a black mark for a claim with my insurance company, so I am basically out all of that money, and the hours I had to spend cancelling my cards. i did not file a police report as I didn't want to be vindictive, I just wanted my property back and there was no way the police would have investigated. The owner did not live up to her word nor did she handle this in a professional way. I would stay away from this company.
