6 months agoCalled to have two lights put in. They scheduled it for Saturday at 12. 12 came no sign of anyone so around 1215 I reached out via text and asked if we were still good. Received a call, stating they were running a few minutes behind and would be there shortly. At 2pm I called to get an eta because my family and I had plans for the day. 30 minutes or so later someone arrived. Gentleman didn't finish until around 5:30. Days completely gone. No discount offered for being three hours late or anything. Looked at the lights and noticed they were uneven and just didn't look neat. Reached out to manager, he pretty much ignore any attempts of mine to have him ensure me they would come out and fix the lights. The Gentleman that came out was friendly but outside of that I wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone. -

6 months agoThey were supposed to come out and fix our door but they never showed up, even after multiple attempts. They kept saying they would come out but never showed. This happened for about two weeks straight until we finally gave up on them coming out. I'd recommend finding someone more reliable. Don't waste your time. -

He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable and all work was completed within 24 hours of my phone call. He also gave free advice concerning our wood burning stove and garage door.
