9 months agoI had a back bedroom changed from carpet to wood flooring. I worked with Patrick, he was great helping me choose what I wanted the floor to look like. An older gentleman put the floor in - he was great as well. Everything was on time, expertly installed, no hidden costs, exactly as I ordered. It wasn't cheap, just under $2,000, but I needed plywood added to the base, and wood flooring isn't cheap. They work with large company installs, but as a person just needing a single room done, I felt like I got their complete attention. I would definitely recommend. -

I was shopping at the competition in town, when again, the sales lady stopped responding after two questions. It was so frustrating. I went with Carpets Plus and in minutes had all my questions answered, accurate photos/info of products sent to me, and better pricing! Even the delivery team were professional.
