There were some minor incidents with the technician I had and Bob made things right and was willing to personally come over and check the work himself. It appears that the technician was having a tough day that impacted his work, but Bob made up for it and made sure I got adequate services and that my apartment was ready for my final walk through. He was kind, professional, and understanding. I would certainly use him and his team again in the future and would recommend them to others! -
