6 months agoGreat service! We had them drop off two roll-off dumpsters at the Alaska Sailing Club on South Big Lake Road. They were always easy to get ahold of on the phone, the price was extremely fair, and they showed up right on time. -

9 months agoSeeing the negative reviews, I feel obligated to leave one of my experience. We had trash service with them for a few years with no problems. I think the price is very fair. We'd never been overcharged. If weather or construction prohibited their pick up for the week, they would pick up the slack the following week with no issues. Any time we had to call, the staff was friendly and communicative. It's unfortunate that they don't offer recycling services, but perhaps in the future they will be able to. -

9 months agoWe have used this trash company for several years now & have really liked it and we pay for the extra service of them coming up to the house to get the trashcan & taking it down and dumping it in the truck so no worries about forgetting to take it down to the end of the driveway and no fighting the bad winter weather of snow, ice & wind and no animals get in our trash unlike all the other neighbors trash cans which have ravens spreading trash all over & wind tipping their trash cans over all the time and we have none of that with using this companies extra service. Trash must all be bagged for this extra service which it should be a rule for all the other trash companies as well because less nasty trash which get spread around that way. So glad we decided to use this company & customer service has been good over the years. -

1 year agoI have had garbage service with Raven Refuse for about a year. During this time I have had several problems with being charged for extra trash that I did not have as well as several times where only part of my garbage was collected as well as garbage being spilled and left on the street by the driver. Several times, i have had to pay to dump trash that was left behind. When trying to call this company, there is often never an answer as well. I will be switching companies now.
