8 years agoDale was courteous and timely through the bid process. Once he started the job, there were a few days he failed to show up and basically lied about why he didn't. Charged more than agreed upon in the end even though changes weren't written and signed off on as contract stated. He set the master tub in crooked and once the $1,200 worth of tile was put in place it was too late to fix. He installed the plumbing fixture incorrectly so that 6 months later we had to pay another plumber to come in and replace a cartridge. Replacement cost more than the original part. So far he has not responded to my inquiry on the warranty of his work on this. He's a jack of all trades and master of none. The job was done adequately but there are lots of little things that weren't finished correctly.
