  I'm down in Tennessee for family related matters, but I was worried about the amount of snow we've had in Anchorage, AK. My wife is here and the snow was piling up on the house and travel trailer. I contacted Brad at Alaskan Residential Rescue on (31 Jan, 2026), he worked up an estimate for me and had a crew dispatched out the very next day (1 Feb, 2026). My wife was happy with the snow removal services from the roof of the house, travel trailer roof, front and back porches, and the sidewalk from the front porch to her car. And of course, if she is happy, I'm happy. Thank you Brad for being Johnny on the spot!!!

  Do not use this company. A few years ago I used them for multiple jobs and each one was incorrectly done. We asked them to change a electrical outlet to a GFCI protected outlet as it was under the sink and when it was tripped it arced. We asked for corrugated tubing on a bathroom ceiling fan to be replaced with smooth tubing. They put the corrugated tubing inside the smooth tubing which eventually fell and caused an ice dam on the roof due to not being properly secured. We asked them to move move the dishwasher vent to the top of the sink in the kitchen, then the sink piping underneath was left disconnected. We asked them to show up on time, they stopped showing up entirely. They stopped taking my calls, they said I was rude and they wouldn't work with rude customers. I had to contact the better Business bureau just to arrange payments for some of their negligent work. I posted on their previous Google business account and they removed the whole profile it because their star ratio was poor. This is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with. Save yourself a headache and hire somebody competent.

  Alaskan Residential Rescue is the first team I call the minute something comes up at my house. They're always fast, thorough, clean, and respectful. I've called with some real doozies- two leaky roofs with water intrusion, whole home flooding, vacant home clean out, unexpected structural work, the list goes on based on the older homes that I own, and while I've never had to have them back for the same reason twice, they've always had my back from the first call through payment plans, and you can't beat the one stop shopping. These guys aren't the cheapest but they provide premium results. Worth the money to never have to worry.

  I am president of a Condo Board downtown Anchorage. For many years we had cracked front entrance stairs. Business acquaintances highly recommended Bradley from Alaskan Residential Rescue. I called Bradley and he in several days arranged for a crew of two to come out and cut out the badly damaged concrete and install new rebar and concrete. Later others from his company reinstalled the refurbished wrought iron railing. The very competent concrete repair crew was excellent . I do not hesitate to recommend Bradley and Alaska Residential Rescue.. My communications and the quality of their work has been done with integrity, professionalism and competency.
