2 months agoBrynn and Rodney were wonderful. Brynn assigned Rodney to my project to expedite the job for me knowing I was selling my home and as a previous customer. Their drywall work is art and they're ridiculously fast and accommodating. I always recommend them to anyone asking. -

2 months agoLong story short: I had Roy Briley Allstate insure for over 15 years. I sought them out for some upkeep and repairs. Took 3 months after weekly calls from me to be shunned and no quote. Dale Lee and Roy Briley doesn't care about our repairs just theirs and their interest. If you have smaller jobs like 5 doors and Sheetrock from water damage, don't bother. *My wife is going to remodel the kitchen but this lack of confidence in their company I will choose elsewhere. -

FAQ
How does Roy Briley General Contracting determine pricing for water damage restoration?
We assess the extent of damage from floods or leaks, including affected areas like ceilings, floors, and subflooring, to provide a detailed quote. Factors such as materials needed for restoration and the scope of fire mitigation if involved also influence the final cost. Homeowners receive a clear breakdown to understand value based on the specific job requirements.
Do you offer free estimates for home remodeling or roofing projects?
We provide free estimates to evaluate your home remodeling, roofing, or water damage needs upfront. This allows us to inspect the property and discuss options without any obligation. Contact us to schedule a visit and get a transparent pricing overview.
Is Roy Briley General Contracting licensed and insured for water damage and fire mitigation services?
We maintain proper licensing and insurance to handle water damage restoration and fire mitigation safely across Anchorage. Our experience in Alaska's challenging conditions ensures compliance with local regulations for all jobs. This setup protects both your property and our team during restoration work.
What is your typical timeline for completing a bathroom remodel or deck repair?
Roy Briley General Contracting delivers efficient timelines, with bathroom remodels often wrapping up quickly based on project scale, and deck repairs completed in a timely manner. We coordinate schedules to minimize disruption, arriving within agreed windows. Larger water damage jobs may take longer due to drying and structural checks, but we keep you informed throughout.
Does Roy Briley General Contracting handle cleanup and debris removal after water damage remediation?
We remove all debris, including damaged ceilings, floors, and subflooring exposed during water damage remediation. Our process ensures the site is left clean and safe once restoration is complete. This includes hauling away waste from floods, leaks, or fire mitigation to restore your space efficiently.
Why is it safer to hire you for water damage restoration instead of attempting DIY?
Professional handling prevents further structural issues like weakened floor joists from untreated water damage, which DIY often misses. Our approach uses proper drying techniques and materials suited to Alaska's conditions for lasting results. Attempting it yourself risks mold growth and incomplete fixes that lead to bigger problems later.
