8 months agoAbsolutely amazing these guys did a beautiful job with my jacket to see the sleeves were like black. I mean, I've gotten the jacket filthy it almost look like there was no hope for it. I will never take my stuff anywhere else. Customer service was on point. they were just nothing but a wonderful experience at this place and I am so grateful for them saving my jacket . 3 years agoTerrible customer service. I dropped off a cashmere sweater for cleaning along with some other items and they gave me someone else's garment instead of my sweater. Then insisted that I was mistaken and the other item was mine. They refused to apologize, acknowledge their mistake or offer any sort of reimbursement for my lost item. They finally refunded me only $6.50 of the $32 I had paid up front after two trips back to the store. I strongly urge you do not use this dishonest business. -

4 years agoUnsure what happened for others, King's has removed stain from 5 different pants. They have salvaged three items we thought had been unable to be used as formal wear. Always reliable and on time. Been open about 30 years, I found out through word of mouth about 2 years ago and also highly recommend them. -

7 years agoNEVER AGAIN! I specifically asked them to remove the stain on my dress and it looked the same when I got it back. They basically just steam ironed the dress that's it!
