5 years agowow what a great team, called and set up a time to come see the project and do an estimate. they were busy so set up and appointment after we reviewed the invoice. they came in and set up the barriers and the tarps and tape. the guys were very professional and clean up was also professional. -

9 years agoThe team, including the owner Ken, were very personable, professional and conscientious in their work - and they were having fun which was very impressive given the demanding and physical nature of the work. They did arrive later than expected but worked non-stop from 10:00 until 4:00, got the job done very well (this was a big boiler) and actually left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. I will hire them again should I need additional asbestos abatement or mold remediation. -

10 years agoJennifer, one of the owners, initiated the process of viewing and estimating the job less than 24 hours after our request for JKM's services. A week to ten days later, the process began at approximately 9:30 a.m. and was completed by about 1:00. Ken, the other owner in this husband-wife team, delivered the trailer carrying the baffles and the necessary biodegradable solution to address the mold. Landon appeared to be the senior member of this four-man crew of professional, polite, personable, and conscientious young men. Not only was the work done well, but the clean up and the positive attitude of everyone involved was completely refreshing. They left no signs that they had entered the attic space through our garage, except the remediation. This is a trust-worthy company that we will recommend without hesitation. (Only suggestion for improvement, estimate stated crew would arrive between 8 and 8:30; this did not happen. But they were definitely worth the wait.) -

12 years agoIt has been a month since JKM services was here and my basement is dry, mold free and smells great! They will return in 6 months to do a follow-up and if any additional work is needed at that time, they will do it... but I don't think there will be any. We are very pleased!
