Mr. Will answered the phone at 930 pm on Sunday and was able to book my steam cleaning for the very next day. Mr. Wills" professional demeanor really put me at ease. All in all, the end result was exactly what I wanted. The carpet was beautifully steam cleaned, dry within 2 hours and I got my security deposit returned in full!
