He updated me with phone calls and damage photos plus moisture readings every day during clean up and then every other day during final drying period. Juan was also willing to meet the insurance adjuster to walk through the damage. We are grateful that our HOA sent him. We have been through a similar water issue a couple of years back and the cleanup company left my house in a mess with plastic sheeting everywhere. I highly recommend AK-TRD -

6 months agoThese guys were great. We had a flood in our downstairs living room area and they came to remove the flood damaged material. The work ended up being quite a bit more involved than they originally anticipated. Their bid was less than other companies, and they did the extra work for no extra cost and stuck to their original bid. Juan and his crew did a phenomenal job, they treated our home as it was theirs, took the time to explain the process and kept me updated the whole time.
