3 months agoThankful they scheduled our routine maintenance for the day before the Alabama snow hit. Our HVAC Specialist, Nick Watkins, was knowledgeable about our Ecobee thermostat and our natural gas logs. He cleaned the dust out of our pilot light so that the gas logs would cycle on and off to keep our living space toasty during the extremely cold weather. Nick even got our spare filter for the return air grill and replaced it. Michael Rainey is our plumbing technician. He came out for our preventative care and was very knowledgeable. He evaluated our plumbing, water heater, and water pressure, giving us tips to keep things working smoothly. Recommend Banks Quarles for your HVAC and plumbing needs! -

3 months agoMy mom always used banks and quarles for her plumbing needs and she has past now, so when I got my home I wanted to use them. I noticed I had a high water bill so I called them, so the guy came out did the inspection, told me it probley was a leak. So I called American leak to determine where was the leak, so it was determined it was under my slab under my water heater. So I called them back to get them to come out and fix it,for a whole week I been getting the run around, I called and made appointment like I should. Im very disappointed my family money and our time is valuable like the next person. Make good judgement when searching for a plumber. -
