2 years agoTyler the owner of this company was hired to do the plumbing on a new build I completed 6 months ago. It was a nightmare getting him to finish the job. There were countless errors made during the construction process which delayed the job. Since I sold the home there have been several leaks. One of which cost over $6,000 in damage to the home. Tyler took no responsibility for this issue. As I write this, the new homeowner reached to inform me that another leak has occurred. DO NOT USE if you are looking for an honest contractor that stands behind their work. -

3 years agoI got a call Friday afternoon from Kevin with Spence Air asking if I had a/c issues. I told him that's an understatement. I explained we originally had a company that I won't mention only for the fact I don't even recall their name. I will post later. The supervisor's name is Ivy, she is a salesman with broken ETA's and promises. Mind you we have a newborn and the time we had a tech come over to diagnose to the time of broken repair time and dates, it went on for over a week. The one and only positive thing Ivy did and let me tell you it was an act of GOD, a tech brought over a window unit after midnight. That ended up breaking down. Ivy never came to replace repair or return my call !On with Kevin at Spence air, I explained the entire situation, he apologized for the other companies failures but assured me of what Spence air can do for my family.. We set a time and date for their diag and their repair process. Kevin was here 12 min early arrival time and diagnosed within 10 min. Went and picked up the parts, and repaired my a/c all within 40 min. (Drive time/repair)! Appointment time was 9am. Kevin and crew were gone by 10:15ish. My a/c was on and working like a champ! The honesty and integrity I received will never be forgotten! I have 3 kids, ranging from newborn, 7yr old, 9 yr old that suffered until I finally received the customer service pride of workmanship, and integrity of Spence Air. It may look and sound like I'm over complimenting Kevin ,and the Spence Air team, damn right I am! I will recommend this company to anyone with A/c and heating issues. Thanks Kevin and team! Thank you Spence Air!!!
