3 months agoCalled Douglas because of a sudden issue with the heat not coming on and they had a tech (Jonathan) out within the day to look at the system. Diagnosed the problem quickly and after we discussing my options with Mason at the office and with Jonathan decided to go with a repair though we did discuss a future replacement as my system is 18 years old. Jonathan came back the next day when the parts were acquired and within a few hours had the system up and running as good as ever. Excellent service, communication and overall a pleasure to work with. Only one place to call when it's time for a system. -
