Upon further investigation, he found the issue and advised it could be resolved. Soon after, Chaz and Robert H rectified the situation. They were are to completely absolve any growth! I would recommend Restoration 1 to anyone that needs assistance with water damage in their home, especially if Chaz, Robert H and Jeff comes out! Thank you guys for everything! -

Jeffrey H and Robert H had excellent customer service. they did a thorough but quick work with excellence and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend! -

2 months agoWe got back from vacation to a water leak and the restoration 1 mitigation team was SO quick to respond and they were very clear with communication and helped guide us on what we should do. I have never had to deal with something like this before and they were so sweet walking me through what to expect and making sure to communicate with insurance for me. Jeff, Chaz, and Robert S were who we worked with and I could not be happier! HIGHLY recommend!! -

He takes the best interest of the customer at all times. Under his directions the job was completed on time and exactly as he quoted. Very satisfied with the job well done.
