1 year agoThe Restoration crew showed up on time to clean a dryer vent that hasn't been cleaned since we have owned the house, in over eight years. A poorly designed vent system with some 90-degree turns was easily tackled by the crew. They were courteous, efficient and had great recommendations. I will use this company to come and clean the HVAC duct work soon. I would recommend this company to anyone that has issues or needs preventative work done. -

6 years agoKeith Hyche and his team came to my home this morning and diagnosed the source of the water in my den. They did that without charging me anything! After a very heavy rain, there was water on my floor. Restoration 1 was able to respond quickly, after a different place told me I would have to wait two days. They arrived on time. They used moisture and temperature meters to track down the source of the water. That took some time because the layout of my 1977 home is a bit complicated. They determined the source of the water was the roof rather than the foundation. They were thorough and spent at least an hour here. I believe they know what they are talking about because they seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I did not choose to have the floor boards worked on today, but at least I understand the problem. I consider this to be excellent quality and value because I got the help that I needed as a courtesy without charge. Thanks so much! -
