20 years agoThe first cleaning was excellent with no complaints. The second experience we found that items as simple as a magazine holder or a bathroom toilet tissue holder were not moved to be cleaned underneath. There was still dirt and grime behind the toilet and around the bathroom sink. Dust was found on the fans and the banisters. We called to complain and they came back for reclean. The third time we asked them to make sure they cleaned the fans (as was promised) and to clean the upper grease wall above the stove. Simple requests we thought, but when we got home they had left us a note stating that our demands were too high and they would not be able to service us anymore. We found this to be very unprofessional as we were expecting company that very weekend. We did the cleaning ourselves and noticed that there were mop rings around entry way rugs that had not been moved to mop. We had also noticed that they used feather dusters to dust and did not move items on shelves or mantles.
