1 year agoCalled for an estimate to repair screen on pool enclosure. Dana ask me to send pictures and measurements and they would send a quote. Sent as request and never got a response. Contacted Dana for a status and got no reply. Don't know how people stay in business. -

2 years agoBack yard paradise did a great job at answering my phone calls and installing my screened in porch. Unfortunately the door henge and handle broke after 10 months. I called them back and was willing to pay to have it fixed. The first time I called, Dana picked up and said to send her pictures and I did. Then nothing, no phone call back, no message back. I've called them multiple times, left multiple messages...nothing. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will make sure that my neighborhood knows that they will not come back out if anything gets broken. -

The installers were courteous and professional, and cleaned up the work site when they were finished. We"ve had some stormy weather, but our screening has weathered it all without incident. -

2 years agoCalled for an estimate. Assured someone would be contacting me in a day or two. No one did. Called to check on status the next day and office person assured someone would call. Still no call. The day after that, another call to office went unanswered. Following day, someone answered and I was assured someone would get right back with me. Was given name of person who would call. No call. Didn't call back and never heard from anyone. Unprofessional and rude. Spent almost $30,000 with the contractor that did bother to show up. I guess I wasn't a big enough project.
