4 weeks agoSo I got home one evening and my garage door wouldn't open. One of my torsion springs had failed. I called American Overhead Door and actually used their automated website to schedule an appointment. It was for 8 to 12 noon the next day. I got a phone call at 7:45 a.m. the next morning saying that guy would be there at 8:00. He was gone before 9:00. Replace both springs made sure everything was balanced. And adjusted my garage door opener. Very professional work. Quite happy and would definitely give them five stars. -

2 months agoThey came out the same day with a very fsir repair price and fixed it in such a short time. If looked way worse than it was to fix. I'm so glad they are so skilled at what they do. I hope I never need them again but if I do I know who to call. -

2 months agoWe had problems with my garage door opener and we called another company, unfortunately they said we needed another unit. My husband remembered we called Access garage doors before and we called them again, this time CHASE came and he was extremely friendly and professional, he fixed it and now runs smoothly again. I will definitely recommend this company and experience and professional worker like Chase. Very pleased.
