11 years agoYes, I recommend this pro It had the normal expected issues of building a new home, however, David (Collins) was prompt to take care of those issues. I have built 3 new custom homes. The 1st & 2nd one came close to resulting in nervous breakdown, divorce, and suicide. This 3rd time with David was a pleasure. I would gladly do it again. -

13 years agoMr. Collins and every one of his subs were professionals. The visionary skills of Mr. Collins are amazing and the quality of workmanship was very good. When a problem arose, their expertise was the key to quickly solving the problem. In particular, Mr. John Case and his framing crew were invaluable in over comming some construction design problems and requested changes. All of the subs used by Mr. Collins were a pleasure to work with and were very responsive to my questions, any concerns I expressed, and any changes necessary. We are VERRY HAPPY with the results of the construction. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Collins for ANY of your home construction/remodling endeavor.
