7 months agoI met with salesperson Lee Hatchett to discuss replacement of both of our 22 year old Trane HVAC systems at our residence. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional, as he has over 19 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, and he presented some options that my wife and I could choose from. We decided to upgrade to a variable speed Ruud unit for our main living area and a two stage Ruud unit for the downstairs area. I also went with iWave air purifiers installed in both air handlers. The work was scheduled, and the guys showed up on time. Johnny, Austin, Josiah and Stan all did a great job removing the old units and installing the new ones. They were very courteous and professional and did not leave a mess. Lee met them when they arrived and went over everything that was agreed upon. Then at the end of the day, Lee came back to make sure everything was done and that we were happy with the work. Also, Lee had Travis come out the next day to make sure that we understood the programming of the thermostats. Travis was very courteous and knowledgeable as well and assisted me in getting the EcoNet thermostat for the variable speed system set up on my phone. I received a great warranty on the equipment, and the overall price was reasonable. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. Dalton and Max came out to our house yesterday for a six month maintenance tune-up on our new Ruud HVAC units. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining things. Also, Terri, who I spoke with in the office to schedule the visit was very courteous and professional as well. I am very happy with Thomas Service Company!
