3 years agoI always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. Great customer experience! I would highly recommend! -

A plumber from Hoover Plumbing was able to come out that day after just a few hours and fixed our issue in barely 15 minutes upon arrival. The plumber was very personable, and we were charged an extremely reasonable price, especially given that it was a holiday. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues. -

They installed two new shower heads and faucets in the bathrooms and they fixed a leak in the garage and also replaced leaky toilet
