10 months agoIt is strange to contact a contractor and have them respond to your every concern. When I spoke to Jamie on the phone, he put me at ease and answered every question. I had a few unusual requests that he handled with ease. After discussing the system I wanted, he came by the house to see if that system would be what I needed. During his visit, he noted additional areas that needed attention and was upfront about pricing. I asked for a few minor modifications, which he readily accommodated. We set a day and time for him to start work, and his crew showed up on that day and time. After a year of dealing with multiple contractors who told me what I wanted to hear and did what they wanted, when they wanted, I was immensely grateful. Naturally, they ran into issues they could not have anticipated, but they kept me informed at every step. In no time, I had a new system cooling my house with no mess for me to clean. I cannot praise Jamie and his crew enough for a well-done job. Showing up on time, finishing on time, and not adding additional costs as they went was a welcome reprieve from the other contractors over the past year.
