8 months agoPaid for a crawl space sump pump that has never worked finally crawled my self under there and replaced it myself with a sump pump i bought now it works fine. The 2 times I was able to get them to come out all they did was whine and complain about my crawl space and said I had a power issue. Well since im an electrician I showed them the plug was hot. After I replaced it myself I sent the salesman a message and asked him what type of refund I could get and he could come pick up his sump pump. I never heard a word from them. Asked to speak to the owner never heard from him either. The owner spends everyday out fishing while his salesman is running his company. If you do business with these guys and they do crappy work dont say I didn't tell you so. They are also very rude and unprofessional. -

10 months agoThey are the worst. Spent over 7,000 with them & supposedly got a life time warranty. They made the problem worse & will not come back out to fix or even look at the problem. Also they are very rude & unprofessional when they actually do answer the phone. -
