10 months agoBuyer beware! If I could give this company 0 stars, I'd do it. I hired these guys to cut down some limbs. They came and did a good job, no complaints. However, during their work, one of the tree limbs busted my next door neighbor's water pipe. It wasn't a big leak so no one noticed. However, my next door neighbor did. They called the plumbers and had them come out and fix it. By the time I was notified, the plumber was already at the jobsite. Mr. Clifford advised me to pay the bill and he would reimburse me. This is where things go terribly wrong. Once Mr. Clifford found out what the plumber charged he told me he wasn't paying me back because "it ate into my profits too much boy". So to summarize, I hired these guys to cut limbs, they busted a pipe, and refused to pay for it because it ate into their profits too much. They did it to me, they'll do it to you too. Buyer beware! -

1 year agoWe have had many trees fall down over the years, this one was 50' tall. We didn't know who to call and seen Clifford and Sons Tree Service was in the area after a major storm. I called and asked if he was licensed and insured. He was!!!!! I asked if they could come out and give me an estimate. He said he could and would be out in about two hours as he was just finishing up a job where a tree fell on a man's car. Indeed he called for directions to my home and showed up, it was about two hours exactly. He gave us an estimate and asked us to say yes or no- he left us his business card. My husband and I agreed this was a fair price and texted him asking he please put us on the schedule. He called us a couple days later, giving us the day and time that he could do the job. He showed up on that day at exactly 1000, as he said he would. This company is top notch, professional and I will definitely call him FIRST, should we be unlucky enough to encounter another tree! -
