1 year agoIf I could give no stars I would....Worst customer service ever. My fence looks like crap. Uses the cheapest materials. It's not even 4 months old and the wood is bowing and the stain is chipping off. The posts are splitting. The gates don't close. The fence is not level. He was I-tubing how to build a fence. We should have stopped then but we already paid him half the cost of the fence and materials. He says he will be out at a certain date and time and does not show, so I text him and he says he will show at 1pm that same say. He still doesn't show or text letting me know he will not be able to come out. I text him back and no response. Do not use! Worst customer service and had ti utube how to build my fence and it's obvious he had no idea what he was doing. Had a professional fence company come out and the gates need to be completely rebuilt and used the incorrect posts for the gates and this is why its sagging. parts of the fence are to long without the proper support. He refuses to fix only keeps making the gate worse evey time he attempts to fix it. If I could upload pictures I would. I have text messages where I asked several dates and times where he was and never received any responses back. He claims his office should have responded. He doesnt have an office. He does not respond back till I threatened to take him to court. This has been going on for months. The fence is not even 4 months old and looks like it's 10 . years old. DO NOT HIRE! NOT RELIABLE...look at BBB reviews and we'll. I will also be reporting to them. -

1 year agoDo not use this company! He did a terrible job on our fence and doesn't respond to fix it under warranty. Also wants us to pay for materials to fix the fence. He claims two coats of stain were put on but it was probably watered down as it looks horrible! -

1 year agoThey don't show up when they say they will. His quality of work is horrible. He claims he offers a 5 year warranty but you have to pay for all the materials. Don't use him! He got stain on my brand new house and didnt apologize or offer to reduce the cost of the job.
