7 months agoI had Cristian come clean my carpets and I wasn't home, he sent me pictures of areas that I didn't know my dogs had urinated on. He went above and beyond to make sure all of those areas were cleaned and disinfected. Fast forward a month later, I had to suddenly leave for a hospital stay with my son for a month and when I came back home I noticed urine smell. I called B of C carpet cleaning again & they immediately got me on their schedule. I truly appreciated Cristian taking the time to look through all of the carpet areas and identify the pee marks. He didn't take advantage by suggesting to wash everything again, he recommended that they only clean the specific areas and that it would take care of the smell. I was very pleased with his honesty and work! -
