4 years agoRating 5/5 stars!! Did a fantastic job removing pet stains that we thought would never come out. The carpets look just beautiful and the cleaner used smells amazing! Dennis and Kristen were both incredibly kind, friendly, and mindful of our animals needs during the cleaning (green cleaner used so it's pet safe!) Overall just a phenomenal job at a great price. If you're looking for carpet cleaning, look no further. Definitely gets an A+ from us! Thank you A+ carpet care!! -

The same carpets have been cleaned a few times in the past by other companies but have never looked this good!!! definitely will have them back to do the rest of our home. 4 years agoHorrible people. Scheduled two and a half weeks out. Called me the day before to tell me they could only complete half the job and it would be finished two weeks later! They ended up not doing the job because I asked the owner to work late or weekends to finish in timely manner. I think it's probably because they don't mainly do installs but wish they would have been up front instead of dragging it out. I have a pregnant wife and was trying to get this project done for over a month. After some choice words they called the cops on me for basically asking them to work late and asking for referrals. -

They seem to employ a multi-step process that hits the carpet fibers from all angles. I am keeping A+ Carpet Cleaning in mind for the next time we need it.
