1 year agoI contacted 4 Corners Electric on March 1, 2024. I spoke to Dennis, who I believe is either the owner or manager. Dennis seemed very knowledgeable and understanding of our issue and what we hoped to accomplish. An appointment was set up for the following Wednesday, March 6, 2024. We were told to expect him between 8:30 and 9:30. It is their custom to call ahead of coming. Dennis called around 9:00 the day of the appointment and indicated he had "things on his desk" he must attend to and he would let us know when he would be out. We assumed it would be later that day. We did not hear from him until the following day, when he called and said he would like to postpone our appointment until Monday, March 18th, as he was taking a family trip over Spring Break. He indicated this delay in coming out to evaluate our situation would not push us further back in line in getting the work actually performed. We agreed to this, as our issue was not critical. Monday, March 18th, came and went with no word from Dennis or anyone else at 4 Corners Electric. It is now two days later, mid-day, March 20th, and we have still heard nothing. I cannot evaluate the quality of their work, as I have yet to have any work completed. I can say that although Dennis seemed knowledgeable, and was personable to speak to on the phone, he cannot be relied upon to show up, or send someone in his place. We will continue to search for an electrical contractor we can rely on to do what they say. -

2 years agoApparently I missed them when they came out the first. When they called to reschedule there was an issue with them coming out again to give me an estimate as the cost. The manager didn't call me to talk about any of the problems that I was having getting it set up. Which I was extremely appreciative of. He was extremely professional in his call it was very polite as well. And I felt our phone conversation answered most of my questions. -
