10 months agoCody with Alamogordo Carpet cleaning came out this morning on time to my home in High Rolls and did a fantastic job cleaning 4 rooms carpet and a handful of rugs in about 1.5 hrs. I'm very pleased. I had some tough and serious stains that I wasn't able to get up and now all but one are gone. And the one that's still visible is much much better. Highly recommend. -

1 year agoA bit disappointed. Had them clean about 350 sq ft of carpet, including 11 stairs. They got the job done surprisingly quickly, but as soon as they finished, I rubbed my hand on the carpet and saw there was still a ton of cat fur. The one benefit was that the cleaning lifted most of the fur out, so a pass with the vacuum got most of it up. However, that shouldn't be a problem when you're paying $160 for the service. There also were a few bits of stuff left behind here and there. Just a general lack of attention to detail. I will say their customer service was good and they were on time. I do wish they sent an appointment confirmation of some kind though. -

2 years agoWe hired them to clean our carpet and he did a great job. I feel like they cleaned our carpet the very best the carpet could have been cleaned. No doubt about it. Great value received for the money charged, too. -

3 years agoHe made two appointments to give me a quote and missed BOTH of them without bothering to call to cancel. I left 3 messages to confirm before the 2nd no show and he never returned the calls. I wouldn't recommend him to clean my car floor mats.
