2 years agoOur family came to Elite quite by accident today when our car broke down and we were barely able to roll into their parking lot- in the middle of a long road trip and stranded. The staff at Elite were all incredibly kind and helpful, inviting us to come inside to the AC while we waited for roadside assistance. Each person in the showroom checked in with us as we waited, offering fresh water, info about places we could easily get to for kid-friendly food and activities, and even a basket of toys they have on hand for little ones while parents shop. While waiting there, we saw multiple customers coming in who were invited to take sample boards with them so they could see the colors and textures in their homes. Returning clients were greeted by name with a smile, welcoming them to share what they thought about the samples and if they were happy or wanted help looking for different options. The showroom is beautiful, with a wide range of styles in carpets, wood, tile, and synthetic flooring. If you want to know that the people helping you are going to take outstanding care of you and be attentive to all your needs, this is the place to buy your flooring and tile in Meridian! -

Felicia and Dora are assisting with creating an absolutely amazing Master Bathroom..... I will provide updates from the beginning to finish product. I will post pictures....
