4 months agoUpdate: 10/17/2025 Please stay away from Big Bobs Flooring. Initial contact and follow up was good...the in between and finish product was a nightmare. Will probably end up paying another contractor to fix the tiling job and the flooring job. The nose stairs are loosening after 3 weeks, base board poorly installed, below. average craftsmanship. A hole was carved in our other sink area and left a big hole. End of the day, we go them out of our house and moving forward, after 6 months of dealing with them. The job probably should have taken half the time...if not way less. We paid over $22,000. Save yourself stress, time and money, go somewhere else. Pictures attached. We were looking for a flooring and bathroom tile contractor. Called and got a measurement appointment instantly. This gave a me an understanding of how much flooring needed for whole house. They worked with us on types of tiles n flooring appropriate for our situation. Taking into consideration of traffic, styles and affordability. They were good about updating us on status of back log n progress. They gave us options to another product. They are also good about coordinating with other contractor involved in bathroom project. Status of bathroom n house flooring project Bathroom Demolition is mostly done. Bathroom tiles should be starting this week. House Flooring is on back order. Production of our floors started about two weeks ago. Can't wait to post finish pictures soon. Go see the team at Big Bobs Flooring on west side. Brian and Martin. -

They were able to answer all my questions and able to put my carpet down as quick as I needed it which was very helpful since I was visiting my daughters house and I would call them and use their services anytime and I would highly recommend them -
