3 months agoWe had a totally perfect experience with ProSource, and it was largely because of the wonderful help we got from Ashtyn. She listened closely and was very attentive, and was able to quickly figure out what I had in mind. Being able to narrow down the "right" carpet from all that is available is an incredible skill. After also looking at photos we brought, she found 3 general options, and it was easy from there to choose one. She also helped us choose the perfect pad. I was amazed at how reasonable this project was - I had expected to have to pay much more, especially with this high level of customer service. The carpet is installed now, and we absolutely love it! -

4 months agoWe are remodeling a master bathroom. Working with Dawson has been a wonderful experience. This is the first time we have ever done a remodel and we have needed help. Dawson has listened carefully to our ideas, assessed correctly our overall design dream and we are extremely happy with the outcome. He helped us find the perfect flooring for non-slippery beachy look tile. He also found a perfect backsplash for us. We have also interacted with Melissa and Sierra. The whole team has been professional and helpful. Dawson listens, responds to texts and phone calls in a timely manner. I will be calling him when we do the kitchen. -

4 months agoProSource has a HUGE selection of....well....everything. That being said, the real resource is the knowledge of staff. I worked with Dawson, a total rock star who could answer every question thrown at him (there were many) with endless patience. When making the appointment he reassured me we would be able to find everything i needed that afternoon. I didn't believe him. I had a lot of choices to make. It did go quickly because he knew the inventory well and took me right to what I described. A short time later all my decisions were made. Thank you for making it so easy Dawson, you rock!
