1 year agoStorm damage to house. They wanted half of the total cost up front, but would not give me a date of when they would be out there to do the repairs. Waited over a month with multiple phone calls requesting date, still would not give me a date for repairs. Went with a different company. -

2 years agoOur hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given's -

I was excited to find honesty and integrity with Darryl and his crew, and they were going above and beyond at all times to get our house back in order after a serious mess. They not only did great work on the restoration, but walked with us in communicating with the contractors which they did not get paid for. Can't recommend enough, definitely reach out to them while shopping for a restoration team.
