6 months agoHuge shout out to Brain Jackson with Brain Jackson Electrical Service, LLC! Our first home got struck by lightening which caused some serious damage with our exterior lights, outlets, garage door motor, HVAC as well as interior lights. Brain was the first person I called and he went above and beyond for Dylan and I! Even though he doesn't deal with HVACs or garage door motors, he was the one who pointed us in the right direction to get everything fixed promtely. Without his guidance I would have been completely lost, because we have never been through something like this before! As far as electrical work goes, he is so efficient and shows up with a smile and positive attitude with any job. Anything I had questions or concerns about he was right there to answer them all. Furthermore, he inspected every inch of our home to ensure it was safe for us and our fur babies! He ended up replacing multiple outlets, light switches, 12 interior lights and 5 exterior (the box in the picture below shows all the things he changed out for us!). Additionally, he installed a surge protector under our breaker box to alleviate the stress if this was to happen again! He went through step by step to make sure I knew what to look for on the surge protector. In conclusion, THANK YOU Brain so very much for all your hard work!! I cannot recommend this man enough. If you are in the Jonesboro area and you need electric work done he is your man!! -
