5 months agoMy floors were a major chore. But Jake made it so easy. I called him to ask if he could help with my floors due to buckling and tearing. He advised that he is not able to refinish the floors and it's best to replace. We agreed on it and he walked me through every step and stayed real close in contact with me before and during the process. Once the job was completed (honestly was 2 days early) he called to advise he was completely done with the job. Jake and his crew did an amazing work. Very professional very clean.
