14 years agoI used them through Allstate Insurance because I had a flood at my house. They were on time, respectful and very efficient. They took good care of my stuff and went above and beyond by moving things they did have to. They were good and I will use them again in the future. -

15 years agoI contracted Pure Clean to sell the items in my home before we moved in June 2011. They held an estate sale and said they would remit the proceeds in one week, after the credit card payments were processed. I never received anything. The contract also stated that I would be sent a check for the items sold after the sale but I have not received anything. I did received one e-mail stating that items were sold and that a check would be mailed. Otherwise, repeated telephone calls and e-mails have not been answered. The company conveniently does not disclose its address on the contracts, but we found it. No response to written letters either. I have not received a check and the owner does not answer telephone calls or emails. Very unprofessional; takes everything from the house never to be seen or heard from again. I would NOT recommend this business. We are starting civil and criminal litigation. The "amount spent" above is an estimate of the sale proceeds that were not remitted to us. -

17 years ago$118 I had some issues regarding their house cleaning. First, they put the dog bowl on top of the clean countertops next to my medications and bandages. Second, they moved my computer too far back and compacted the wiring. I told the owner and she was very apologetic. I scheduled for a deep cleaning on June 8-9 and I gave her the option to back out. I have attempted to make several phone calls to her to follow up, but receive no calls back. I called once from my cell phone and she answered on the second ring. After I spoke, she said we had a bad connection and asked me to call back and hung up. I called her back and there was no answer. I waited 5 minutes and called back from my other phone and received no answer. -

They sign off on all of the duties. Their products are Green Cleaning. The products protect people and pets. It has the same chemical content and cleans like other cleaners. It is a earth friendly process. Green Cleaning is environmental friendly and is healthier for you.
